General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the fcs-shop website operated by the sole proprietorship Julien JUHEL. By validating an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Products and Services
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible on the website. However, variations may occur, particularly in the representation of colors or materials.
FCS reserves the right to modify its products or their descriptions at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders
Any order placed on the website commits the customer once it has been validated. An order confirmation is sent by email, summarizing the ordered products, their prices, and delivery terms.
The company reserves the right to refuse an order in the following cases:
- A previous dispute with the customer.
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and exclusive of tax (excluding VAT). Applicable VAT and any delivery charges are added and clearly displayed at the time of order validation.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order, as displayed on the website.
5. Payment
Payment can be made by:
- Credit card via a secure platform.
- Bank transfer.
Payment must be made in full before the products are shipped.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer during the order process.
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on product availability or the carrier.
In the event of a delivery delay, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. FCS cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has a 14-day period from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the company by email at contact@fcs-shop.com. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, and unused, at the customer's expense.
8. Warranties
All products sold are covered by legal warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, as provided for in Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.
These warranties cover any manufacturing defect or non-conformity issue.
Specific commercial warranty terms (if applicable) are detailed in the product sheet or user manual.

9. Liability
The sole proprietorship Julien JUHEL cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use or incorrect installation of the products.

In accordance with data protection regulations, the customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their data by contacting contact@fcs-shop.com.
11. Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to resolve the issue amicably before referring it to a competent court.
